Our supplies have consistently been delivered on time despite our short notice and they have gone out of their way to service our plotter when it broke down right before a deadline. Within hours of our request, Chris was both fast at getting our printer up and running again and willing to explain future maintenance methods to extend its lifetime. We greatly appreciate their service and their understanding of the time constraints that come along with many of our requests for help.
